摘要
针对当前变频一体机绝缘检测工作效率低下、误差较大的问题,提出了在停机工况下使用直流高压泄漏电流法检测绝缘电阻,在运行工况下用双参数威布尔分布模型进行绝缘寿命预测的方法,基于这两种方法设计变频一体机绝缘实时检测系统,实现了对变频一体机绝缘系统的实时检测;采用最小二乘法提高了模型的精度;在硬件方面,选用STM32F103ZET7芯片作为控制核心,对各配置模块进行了选型设计,提高了系统的性能;在软件方面通过编程实现了绝缘检测与寿命预测信号的采集与处理,显示与输出。经实验证明,该系统能够实现实时检测变频一体机绝缘系统,满足了高性能、低功耗的要求,提高了数据的精确性和可靠性,提升了工作效率,保障了变频一体机的安全运行。
In view of the problems of low efficiency and large error in insulation detection of frequency conversion integrated machine,the method of predicting insulation resistance by direct-current high-voltage leakage current method under shutdown condition and by two-parameter Weibull distribution model under operating condition is proposed.Based on the two methods,a real-time detection system is designed,and the real-time detection of the insulation system of the frequency conversion integrated machine is realized.The least squares method is used to improve the accuracy of the model.STM32F103ZET7 chip is selected as the control core,and each configuration module is selected to improve the performance of the system.The acquisition,processing,display and output of the insulation detection and service life prediction signals are programed.The experiment has proved that the system realizes the real-time detection of the insulation system of the frequency conversion integrated machine,meets the requirements of high performance and low power consumption,improves the accuracy and reliability of the data,improves the work efficiency,and guarantees the safe operation of the frequency conversion integrated machine.
