基于故障树的向心叶轮低循环疲劳试验破裂故障分析

摘要 基于故障树法针对某辅助动力装置向心叶轮低循环疲劳试验时轮盘破裂故障进行了详细的分析,从设计、制造和试验等方面进行分析,找到了向心叶轮破裂的原因,并提出了改进方案。通过建立有限元模型计算分析,降低向心叶轮应力水平,并通过低循环疲劳试验验证,验证了措施的有效性。 In this paper the centripetal impeller cracking in the low cycle fatigue(LCF)test of the auxiliary power unit is analyzed based on failure tree method.The reasons of the failure are analyzed from the aspects of design,manufacture and assembly,and the improvement scheme is proposed.By establishing the finite element model,the stress level of the centripetal impeller is reduced.The effectiveness of the measures is verified by the low cycle fatigue test.
