口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙患者的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Oral Prosthesis in the Treatment of Congenital Missing Teeth

目的:探讨口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙患者的临床效果。方法:选取郑州市第七人民医院2020年1月至2023年2月期间治疗的60例先天性缺牙患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者给予口腔正畸治疗,观察组患者给予口腔修复治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、咀嚼功能恢复情况、语言功能恢复情况及满意度情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组患者咀嚼能力评分高于对照组,咀嚼功能恢复时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组患者语言能力评分高于对照组,语言功能恢复时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔修复治疗方法可以有效提高先天性缺牙患者的临床疗效,促进咀嚼能力、语言能力的恢复,提高患者对治疗的满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral prosthesis in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.Methods Sixty patients with congenital missing teeth loss treated in the 7th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given orthodontic treatment,and the observation group was given oral prosthesis treatment.The clinical efficacy,masticatory function recovery,speech function recovery and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the masticatory ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recovery time of masticatory function was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the language ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recovery time of language function was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral prosthesis therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with congenital missing teeth,promote the recovery of chewing ability and language ability,and improve patients'satisfaction with treatment.
