趣味性康复训练在轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of fun rehabilitation training in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer disease

目的探讨趣味性康复训练在轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月江苏省淮安市第一人民医院收治的106例阿尔茨海默病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组53例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予趣味性康复训练,干预3个月。比较两组干预前后认知功能、自我管理能力。结果干预后,两组简易精神状态量表各维度评分及总分、成人健康自我管理能力测评量表各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论趣味性康复训练应用于轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者康复训练中,有助于改善认知功能,提高自我管理能力。

Objective To investigate application effect of fun rehabilitation training in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer disease.Methods One hundred and six patients with Alzheimer disease admitted to Huaian First People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing intervention,while experimental group received fun rehabilitation training on the basis of control group,intervention for three months.Cognitive function and self-management ability between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,scores of each dimension of mini-mental state examination and total scores,and scores of each dimension of adult health self-management skill rating scale and total scores in experimental group were higher than those before intervention,and experimental group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fun rehabilitation training applied in the rehabilitation of patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer disease can effectively improve cognitive function and enhance self-management abilities.
