护患情感交互的照护模式对妇科良性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者的影响

Effect of nursing model based on nurse-patient emotional interaction on patients with gynecological benign tumors undergoing laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨护患情感交互的照护模式对妇科良性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月于海军安庆医院拟行腹腔镜手术的92例妇科良性肿瘤患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采取常规围手术期护理,观察组采取护患情感交互的照护模式干预。比较两组干预前后的心境状态、自护能力和生活质量。结果干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我护理能力量表各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生理、心理评分和世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表总分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患情感交互的照护模式可减轻妇科良性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者的焦虑、抑郁,提高自护能力,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe effect of nursing model based on nurse-patient emotional interaction on patients with gynecological benign tumors undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods Ninety-two patients with gynecological benign tumors undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Navy Anqing Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Control group took routine perioperative nursing,and observation group took nursing model based on nurse-patient emotional interaction.Mood state,self-care ability and quality of life between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of all dimensions of exercise of self-care agency scale in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,physiology and psychology scores and total scores of World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing model based on nurse-patient emotional interaction can alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with gynecological benign tumors undergoing laparoscopic surgery,enhance self-care ability,and improve quality of life.
