智能管理系统在慢性心力衰竭患者院外管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨智能管理系统在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者院外管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月安徽省阜阳市人民医院收治的284例CHF患者,根据院外管理是否使用智能管理系统将其分为对照组(140例)和试验组(144例)。对照组院外管理未使用智能管理系统,试验组院外管理中使用智能管理系统,两组均干预6个月。比较两组干预6个月Morisky药物依从性量表-8(MMAS-8)评分、门诊就诊次数和入院次数;比较两组干预前后自我管理能力、生活质量和心功能。结果干预6个月,试验组MMAS-8评分高于对照组,门诊就诊次数多于对照组,住院次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组药物管理、症状管理、饮食管理和心理和社会适应能力管理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,对照组药物管理、症状管理、饮食管理评分,试验组自我管理能力评分高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组明尼苏达生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评分和6 min步行距离比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组MLHFQ评分均低于干预前,6 min步行距离长于干预前,且试验组MLHFQ评分低于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能管理系统的应用可提升CHF患者的院外管理质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent management systems in outside hospital management of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 284 patients with CHF admitted to Fu Yang People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(140 cases)and the experimental group(144 cases)based on whether intelligent management system was used for outside hospital management.The control group did not use intelligent management system for outside hospital management,while the experimental group used intelligent management system for outside hospital management.The two groups were intervened for six months.The 8-item Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8)scores,outpatient visits and hospital admissions after six months of intervention between the two groups were compared.Self-management ability,quality of life and cardiac function before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results After six months of intervention,MMAS-8 score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the number of outpatient visits in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,and the number of hospitalizations in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of drug management,symptom management,dietary management,psychological and social adaptation management between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of drug management,symptom management,dietary management of control group,the scores of self-management ability of experimental group were higher than before intervention,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)scores and 6-minute walking distance between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,MLHFQ scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,6-minute walking distance of the two groups was longer than before intervention,and MLHFQ score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,6-minute walking distance of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent management systems can improve the quality of outside hospital management for patients with CHF.
