鱼腥草滴眼液联合泪道探通术治疗泪道阻塞合并慢性泪囊炎患儿的效果

Efficacy of Houttuynia Cordata Eye Drops combined with naso lacrimal duct probing in treating children with nasolacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis

目的评估鱼腥草滴眼液联合泪道探通术对泪道阻塞合并慢性泪囊炎患儿的治疗效果。方法选择河北省保定市妇幼保健院2021年8月至2022年8月收治的196例泪道阻塞合并慢性泪囊炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组98例。对照组给予泪道探通术,观察组采用泪道探通术联合鱼腥草滴眼液冲洗。记录两组患儿的临床疗效,比较两组患儿治疗前和治疗3个月后的炎症因子水平、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度、角膜荧光素染色(FLS)评分、睑板腺分泌状态,比较两组患儿出血、组织水肿、眼膜划伤等并发症发生率和家属满意度。结果观察组患儿的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿炎症水平和眼部症状比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿炎症因子水平、FLS评分、眼睑板状态评分、泪液分泌量、泪河高度低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;两组患儿泪膜破裂时间长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿术后并发症发生率低于对照组,家属满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泪道探通术联合鱼腥草滴眼液冲洗,能够降低患儿术后炎症因子水平、改善眼部症状,从而提高治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Houttuynia Cordata Eye Drops combined with naso lacrimal duct probing in children with naso lacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis.Methods A total of 196 children with naso lacrimal duct obstruction complicated with chronic dacryocystitis admitted to Baoding Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Hebei Province from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 98 cases in each group.The control group was given naso lacrimal duct probing,and the observation group was treated with naso lacrimal duct probing combined with Houttuynia Cordata Eye Drops.The clinical efficacy of children in the two groups was recorded,and the levels of inflammation factors,tear secretion,tear film break-up time,tear river height,corneal fluorescein staining(FLS)score,and meibomian gland secretion status of children in the two groups were compared before,and after three months of treatment,and the incidence of complications such as hemorrhage,tissue edema,eye membrane scratch of children and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of inflammation factors and ocular symptoms before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammation factors,FLS score,meibomian gland secretion status score,tear secretion,and tear river height after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the tear film break-up time in the observation group was longer than that before treatment,the tear film break-up time in the observation group was longer than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of family members was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Naso lacrimal duct probing combined with Houttuynia Cordata Eye Drops irrigation can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve ocular symptoms after surgery,thereby improving the treatment effect.
