摘要
中国核能电力股份有限公司(以下简称“中国核电”)旗下拥有多种类型核电机组,整体运行业绩稳步提升,但机组能力因子与世界最优水平还有差距。大修工期是影响机组能力因子的重要因素,因大修而损失的发电量占总发电量损失的90%以上。中国核电于2021年成立了大修优化专项组织,从计划与管理、运行控制、维修实施、预维项目、安全分析、定期试验、在役检查、汽机检修、堆本体和换料、燃料和堆芯物理、辐射防护和数字信息12个专业方向开展优化工作。专项组织机构通过全寿期规划指引、关键路径再研究、项目优化、标准关键路径计划/工单建立、科研攻关和成果推广等活动全面提升大修业绩,效果显著,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
China National Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.(CNNP)has a various types of nuclear power units,and its overall operational performance has been steadily improved,but there is still a gap between its unit capacity factor and the world's best level.The outage duration is an important factor affecting the unit capacity factor,and the loss of generation due to outage generally accounts for more than 90%of the total generation loss.CNNP established a special organization for outage optimization in 2021 to carry out the optimization work in 12 professional directions,including planning and management,operation control,maintenance implementation,preventive maintenance tasks,safety analysis,periodic tests,in-service inspections,turbine generator maintenance,reactor body and fuel replacement,fuel and core physics,radiation protection,and digital information.The special organization has comprehensively improved the outage performance through activities such as whole-life planning guidelines,critical path re-study,task optimization,establishment of standard critical path scheduling/work orders,scientific research and promotion of results,which have been effective and created good economic and social benefits.
