中国核能电力股份有限公司(以下简称“中国核电”)经过不断革新管理理念和思路,以战略牵引构建数字化组织绩效管理体系,强化精准激励和正向激励的促进作用,通过深化管理变革,加快企业动能释放和优势集成。结合物联网、大数据、人工智能等新一轮信息技术的快速发展,在与工业系统融合过程中引发的生产力、生产关系、生产技术以及创新模式等方面的深刻变革,公司将数字化顶层规划嵌入“战略—计划—经营—绩效—反馈—改进”的管理思路,从数据来源、数据挖掘及应用角度,对成员单位进行数字化动态绩效管理,改变传统工作习惯,用数字化的手段最少量人工成本和时间,实现绩效管理和计划管理的升级运行。让经营管理更具科学性、合理性、轻量性,转变管理模式,以增量带动存量,加速全方位运营体系转型升级,有效保障公司经营全面提质、提效、提速,推动公司高质量快速发展。
After continuous innovation of management concepts and ideas,China National Nuclear Power(CNNP)has built a digital organizational performance management system under the strategic traction,strengthened the promotion effect of accurate and positive incentives,and accelerated the release of enterprise kinetic energy and integration of advantages through deepening management reform.In combination with the rapid development of the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and other new rounds of information technology,as well as the profound changes in productivity,production relations,production technology and innovation mode caused by the integration with industrial systems,CNNP has embedded digital top-level planning into the management idea of“strategy-planning-operation-performance-feedback-improvement”.From the perspective of data sources,data mining and application,CNNP carries out digital dynamic performance management for member units,changes traditional work habits,and realizes the upgrading operation of performance management and planning management with the least labor cost and time,so as to make operation and management more scientific,rational and lightweight,to change the management mode,to drive the stock with increment,to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the all-round operation system,to effectively ensure the comprehensive quality,efficiency and speed improvement of CNNP,and to promote the high-quality and rapid development of CNNP.
