摘要
为解决核电设备故障处理过程及其经验数据信息离散化、未系统化全过程管控、无标准规范、信息堆垒、未结构化管理应用等问题,通过构建核电设备故障处理“诊疗机制”,创建设备故障“望闻问切”病症采集法,用于系统化、精细化采集设备故障现象,创建故障原因/风险源项关联分析法,用于系统化分析设备故障风险和原因,精细化制定设备故障干预处理措施。同时在“诊疗机制”下制定设备故障处理管理规范标准,并研究开发用于设备故障处理“诊疗”的“核电设备故障病历大数据智能支持平台”,构建起“病症库”“源项库”“处方库”“运维专家库”四大数据库,形成设备故障处理“诊疗病历库”大数据,用于支持机组系统设备故障处理,以提高运维人员设备故障处理工作效率及专业间协同效率,实现设备故障运维处理效能提升。
In order to solve the problems of nuclear power equipment troubleshooting process and its empirical data and information discretization,unsystematic whole process control,no standard specification,information stack,unstructured management and application,etc.,the method of“observation,hearing,questioning and feeling”is created to systematically and finely collect equipment fault symptoms,a correlation analysis method of fault cause/risk source term is created to systematically analyzes the failure risks and causes,and the fine equipment fault intervention measures are developed,by building a“diagnosis and treatment mechanism”for nuclear power equipment troubleshooting.Also under the mechanism,the management codes and standards for equipment troubleshooting are developed,the big data intelligent support platform of nuclear power equipment fault records for diagnosis and treatment are studied and developed,four databases including the disease database,source term database,prescription database and operation and maintenance expert database are built up,and the big data of diagnosis and treatment record database is formed for unit and system equipment troubleshooting,so as to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel and the multi-disciplinary coordination efficiency,and improve the efficiency of equipment fault operation and maintenance.
