某核电厂成立“智慧运行建设小组”,利用新技术、新理念促进核电运行工作转型升级。通过合理运用精细化管理工具,剖析问题根本原因,找准困扰核电运行工作效率提升的主要症结难点,统筹规划建设形成“六大智慧运行建设模块”,在智能巡检、智能监控、智能导航、智能隔离、智慧文件、智能装备6个方向合力推动公司运行工作向高质量发展的转变,切实为员工减负,运行人员工作效率显著提升。
A nuclear power plant set up a“smart operation construction team”to promote the transformation and upgrading of nuclear power operation with new technologies and new concepts.Through the rational use of fine management tools,analyze the root causes of problems,identify the main difficulties that beset the improvement of nuclear power operation efficiency,make overall planning and construction to form“six intelligent operation construction modules”,and jointly promote the transformation of the company's operation work to high-quality development in six directions:intelligent inspection,intelligent monitoring,intelligent navigation,intelligent isolation,intelligent files,and intelligent equipment.Effectively reduce the burden for employees,significantly improve the work efficiency of operators.
