摘要
在中核集团“精细化管理”以及“创新优化”主题的引领下,秦山核电基于自身发展战略及人才培养规划,对各级管理人员培训需求进行了细致的分析研究,针对性地建立了按需、分类、分层的管理人员培训体系,运用线上及线下结合的培训途径,采用多种培训方法,力求进行管理能力精准赋能,助力各层级管理人员了解行业管理动态、拓展视野和思路,提升领导和管理能力,从而推动组织整体绩效提升。
Under the guidance of the theme of“fine management”and“innovation and optimization”of the China National Nuclear Corporation(CNNC),based on its own development strategy and personnel training plan,Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant has carefully analyzed and studied the training needs of managers at all levels,established a training system for managers according to needs,classification,and stratification,and used online and offline training channels.Various training methods are adopted to precisely empower management ability,help managers at all levels to understand industry management dynamics,broaden their horizons and ideas,and enhance their leadership and management ability,so as to promote the overall performance of the organization.
