As an important reserve force,the cultivation of young talents is crucial for the development of enterprises.As a large and complex system engineering,nuclear power engineering requires systematic planning of youth talent cultivation work,and the adoption of some talent cultivation measures and incentive measures to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of young talents,their sense of responsibility,mission,and innovation ability shall be cultivated,and high-quality young talents for enterprises shall be provided.Xiapu Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.constructs a systematic system for the growth and cultivation of young talents,and explores in depth the specific methods of cultivating young talents,aiming to provide reference for the talent construction of state-owned enterprises.
