短跑运动核心力量训练在提高短跑运动员的爆发力、速度和稳定性方面发挥着重要作用。研究旨在探讨短跑运动核心力量训练的作用及其训练方法,并为教练员和运动员提供实用的指导和建议。短跑运动核心力量训练在提高短跑运动员的运动表现和预防运动损伤方面具有重要作用,能够增强躯干和髋部的肌肉力量,提高身体的稳定性和平衡能力,从而提高短跑动作的质量和效果,适当选择和结合不同的训练方法可以取得更好的效果。
Sprint core strength training plays an important role in improving the explosive power,speed and stability of sprinters.This study aims to investigate the role of sprint core strength training and its training methods,and to provide practical guidance and suggestions for coaches and athletes.Sprint core strength training plays an important role in improving the athletic performance of sprinters and preventing sports injuries.It can enhance the muscle strength of the trunk and hips,and improve the stability and balance of the body,thus improving the quality and effect of sprinting movements.Appropriate selection and combination of different training methods can achieve better results.
