摘要
为了更好地培养大学生篮球裁判员,促进我国校园篮球的健康发展,以54名高校大学生篮球裁判员作为研究样本,通过问卷调查法和实验干预法,使用T检验研究了正念心理训练法对大学生篮球裁判员临场焦虑水平的影响。结果显示,正念心理训练可以有效降低裁判员临场焦虑水平,实验组的临场焦虑水平均值明显降低,且与对照组相比具有显著性差异。因此,认为在今后大学生篮球裁判员的培养过程中加入正念心理训练法是非常有必要的。
In order to better train college students basketball referees and promote the healthy development of campus basketball in China,54 college basketball referees were taken as research samples,this paper investigated the effect of Mindfulness Mental Training on the on-the-spot anxiety level of college basketball referees by means of Questionnaire Survey and Experimental Intervention and T-test.The results showed that Mindfulness Mental Training can effectively reduce the level of referee's on-the-spot anxiety,and the average level of the experimental group was significantly decreased,and there was a significant difference compared with the control group.Therefore,it is necessary to add Mindfulness Mental Training to the training of college basketball referees in the future.
