摘要
爆发力关系着运动员赛场成绩,是运动员日常训练的重要内容之一。散打运动对运动员爆发力素质要求较高,对散打运动员进行科学的爆发力训练,能提升其专业水平。在对散打爆发力的作用进行分析的基础上,指出散打运动员爆发力训练的关键要素,再从快速力量训练、反应力量训练、超等长训练、上肢末端释放训练等角度分析散打运动员爆发力训练方法,最后指出了散打运动员爆发力训练的注意事项。希望能为散打运动的专业训练提供参考。
Explosive power is related to the athlete's performance on the field,and is one of the important contents of the athlete's daily training.Sanda sports require high explosive power qualities from athletes.Scientific explosive power training for Sanda athletes can improve their professional level.On the basis of analyzing the effect of Sanda's explosive power,the key elements of explosive power training for Sanda athletes are pointed out.Then the training techniques of explosive power training for Sanda athletes are analyzed from the perspectives of fast strength training,reaction strength training,super-length training and upper extremity end release training.Finally,it points out the precautions for explosive training of Sanda athletes.It is hoped that this study will be a reference for the professional training of Sanda.
