全域旅游视域下贵州体育旅游人才培养的改革路向研究

Research on the Reform Direction of Talent Training for Sports Tourism in Guizhou Province from the Perspective of Global Tourism

在分析全域旅游新理念的基础上,探讨了全域旅游发展对体育旅游人才培养的新要求。研究认为,全域旅游促使体育旅游人才培养目标由单一到复合、培养规格由低标准到高质量、培养定位由技术技能应用型到全面发展型、课程体系由体育专业课程到跨专业群、评价方式由静态单一评价到动态多元评价、培养模式由传统到现代、培养体系由独立封闭到协同开放的转变。因此,应跨界整合协同主体,建立联席制度;共商重构培养方案,加强合作机制;共建共享资源平台,强化质量保障深度;推进协同育人培养模式改革创新,提高体育旅游人才培养质量。

This study probes into the new requirements of the development of global tourism for talent cultivation of sports tourism based on the analysis of the new concept of global tourism.Research suggests that global tourism will lead to a shift in the talent cultivation goals of sports tourism from single to composite,training specifications from low standards to high quality,training positioning from technical and skill application to comprehensive development,curriculum system from sports major courses to cross major groups,evaluation methods from static single evaluation to dynamic multiple evaluation,training modes from traditional to modern,and training systems from independent-closed to collaborative-open.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate cooperative subjects across-borders and establish a joint system;Jointly discuss and reconstruct training programs to strengthen cooperation mechanisms;Build a resource-sharing platform,strengthen quality assurance,deeply promote the reform and innovation of the"collaborative education"training model,and improve the quality of sports tourism talent training.
