高职院校体育教师课程思政教学能力提升策略研究

摘要 高校体育课程在促进大学生身心健康发展的同时,也对其价值观的塑造产生了一定影响。因此,在当前课程思政改革背景下,高校体育教师必须强化对课程思政理念的认识,并积极转变教学模式和教学手段,为大学生树立正确的价值观念,从而为其成长成才奠定良好基础。体育教师作为高校体育课程的主要负责人,更应积极转变自身的教学理念,并通过多种途径提升自身的课程思政能力。该文以高职院校体育教师为研究对象,首先介绍了课程思政教育内涵以及培养目标,其次分析了当前高职院校体育教师课程思政教学能力现状及存在的问题,最后提出了几点提升高职院校体育教师课程思政能力的策略。 Physical Education(PE)courses in colleges and universities not only promote the physical and mental health development of college students,but also have a certain impact on the shaping of their values.Therefore,in the current context of curriculum ideological and political reform,college PE teachers must strengthen their understanding of curriculum ideological and political concepts,actively transform teaching modes and methods,establish correct values for college students,and lay a good foundation for their growth and success.As the main person in charge of PE courses in universities,PE teachers should actively change their teaching philosophy and enhance their ideological and political abilities through various means.This article takes PE teachers in vocational colleges as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the connotation and training objectives of ideological and political education in the curriculum.Then,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the ideological and political teaching ability of PE teachers in vocational colleges.Finally,several strategies to improve the ideological and political teaching ability of PE teachers in vocational colleges are proposed.
