摘要
云南省高职院校青年体育教师接受过良好的教育,拥有较强的专业技术和较高的思想道德水平。在实际工作中,受基础性工作较多、科研工作不受重视、职业评定处于劣势等困境的影响,以及体育科学研究的软硬件支持不足、体育学科地位较低、社会认知的偏见等原因,高职院校青年体育教师往往积极性不足,无法更好地实现自我价值。针对以上痛点,该研究提出利用教师专业发展高校(Professional Development School,PDS)形式,建立云南省高职院校青年体育教师专业发展共同体,从政策引导、社会需求、企业参与、职业院校支持、自我驱动5个方面共同努力,激发青年体育教师专业发展活力,让高职院校青年体育教师走出校园,服务社会,在实现个人价值的同时,为建设体育强国添砖加瓦。
Young physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province have received good education,and they have strong professional skills and high ideological and moral cultivation.In practical work,due to the influence of dilemmas such as more basic work,the neglect of scientific research work and the disadvantage of occupational assessment,as well as causes such as the lack of software and hardware support for sports science research,the low status of the sports discipline and the bias of social cognition,young physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges are often not motivated enough and unable to better realize their self-worth.For the above pain points,this study proposes to establish a professional development community for young physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province by the form of the professional development school(PDS)of teachers,and make joint efforts from five aspects:policy guidance,social needs,enterprise participation,vocational college support and self-motivation,so as to stimulate the professional development vitality of young physical education teachers,and enable young physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges to go out of campuses,serve the society,and contribute to building a sporting powerhouse while realizing their personal value.
