林丽珠教授辨治化疗相关性周围神经毒性临证经验之侍见

Professor Lin Li-zhu’s Experience in Treating Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy

化疗是当前广泛临床应用的抗肿瘤治疗手段,化疗相关性周围神经毒性(Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy,CIPN)是其发病率较高的毒副反应之一,当前针对CIPN的西医治疗手段尚不能充分满足临床防治需求。中医药是防治CIPN的有效手段,本文简述林丽珠教授从“虚寒痹”的角度辨治CIPN,以及运用“通络除痹”的外治法与“调气补虚”的内治法相结合的临证经验,并附验案一则加以说明。

Chemotherapy is a widely used anti-tumor therapy in clinical practice,and chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN)is one of the toxic and side effects with high morbidity.At present,western medicine treatment of CIPN cannot fully meet the needs of clinical prevention and treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine is an effective means to prevent and treat CIPN.This article briefly introduced the clinical experience of Professor LIN Li-zhu in differentiating and treating CIPN from the perspective of“impediment of deficiency and cold”and combining the external treatment of“dredging collaterals and removing obstruction”with the internal treatment of“regulating qi and replenishing deficiency”,and an effective case was attached to illustrate.
