抗浮锚杆于筏板后施工技术分析及研究

摘要 抗浮锚杆造价低、经济效益好、抗浮作用明显,地下室抗浮设计首先考虑抗浮锚杆,当潜孔钻机穿过承压水层时,地下水呈弱承压性,成孔处大量地下水以0.1 m~3/s的速度向外涌出,简单的防堵措施收效甚微。经研究后决定先施工地下室底板,后施工抗浮锚杆,有效避免了地下水上涌对抗浮锚杆施工的影响。抗浮锚杆于筏板后施工,有效克服了在地下室结构中预留孔洞后封堵等质量通病。 When the groundwater is over-pressurized,it will endanger the main structure of buildings.Since anti-floating anchors have low cost,good economic returns and obvious anti-floating effect,they are preferred in the anti-floating design of basements.When the down-the-hole drill passes through the artesian aquifer,the groundwater is weakly pressurized.A large amount of groundwater gushes out at a rate of 0.1 m3/s at the hole.Simple anti-clogging measures have poor effect.The Project Management Department decides after deliberation to construct the basement floor first and then anti-floating anchors.This can effectively avoid the influence of groundwater upwelling on the construction of anti-floating anchors.The anti-floating anchor is constructed after the raft,effectively overcoming such common quality problems as blocking after reserving holes in the basement structure.
