摘要
针对土壤腐蚀试验研究及螺旋锚防腐蚀措施的现状进行总结与阐述,基于此对腐蚀后螺旋锚建立了准确的有限元分析模型,引入均匀腐蚀模型和材料退化模型,对其承载力开展了数值模拟分析,探究了平均腐蚀率对螺旋锚承载力的影响,获得了螺旋锚承载力和平均腐蚀率之间的变化规律,建立了螺旋锚承载力折减系数与土壤平均腐蚀速率的关系表达式,为螺旋锚防腐蚀设计的裕留腐蚀厚度方法提供了理论依据。
This paper summarizes the current status of soil corrosion test research and corrosion protection measures for screw anchors.Furthermore,an accurate finite element analysis model is established,utilizing uniform corrosion model and material degradation model.Numerical simulation is conducted to investigate the impact of average corrosion rate on the bearing capacity of screw anchors.The relationship expression between the reduction coefficient of bearing capacity and the average corrosion rate is proposed,providing a theoretical basis for the corrosion protection design of screw anchors.
