摘要
以电感耦合等离子体质谱仪为分析仪器,建立水中13种金属元素的分析方法。试验结果表明:建立的方法各种金属元素校准曲线线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999;检出限低,为0.01~0.26μg/L;相对标准偏差小,均小于3%;准确度高,加标回收率在92.3%~105.9%。该方法适合环境水样的日常检测。
An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer was used as the analytical instrument to establish the analytical methods for 13 metal elements in water.The results showed that:the calibration curves of the established method were linear with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999;the detection limits were low,ranging from 0.01~0.26μg/L;the relative standard deviations were small,all of them were less than 3%;and the accuracy was high,with the recoveries of spiked standards in the range of 92.3%~105.9%.The method is suitable for the routine testing of environmental water samples.
