开挖筛分在填埋场生活垃圾资源化利用中的应用

Application of Excavation and Screening in the Resource Utilization of Domestic Waste in Landfills

有效治理库容饱和的生活垃圾填埋场是实现污染源清除、库容腾退再利用、生活垃圾资源化利用的有效途径。以某城市生活垃圾填埋场为例,通过对比原位厌氧封场、原位好氧修复、整体搬迁减量和开挖筛分等技术,采用开挖筛分技术方案。填埋场垃圾堆体开挖后进行多级筛分,开挖筛分期间做好渗滤液收集导排与处理、雨污分流控制、二次污染防治等工作,筛分得到建筑垃圾、碎石、废铁、轻质物和腐殖土等分离物。根据各分离物的理化性质,可分别进行资源化利用,最终取得良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。

Effective management of saturated domestic waste landfills is an effective way to achieve pollution source removal,capacity evacuation and reuse,and resource utilization of domestic waste.Taking a domestic waste landfill as an example,the excavation screening technology scheme is adopted by comparing in-situ anaerobic sealing,in-situ aerobic remediation,overall relocation reduction,and excavation screening techniques.After the excavation of the landfill waste heap,multi-stage screening is carried out,during the excavation and screening period,measures are taken to collect,guide and treat leachate,control rainwater and sewage separation,and prevent secondary pollution,and separate materials such as construction waste,gravel,scrap iron,lightweight materials,and humus soil are obtained through screening.According to the physical and chemical properties of each separated substance,it can be utilized as a resource separately,ultimately achieving good economic,environmental,and social benefits.
