邵阳市土地利用现状及优化路径研究

Research on Land Use Status and Optimization Path in Shaoyang City

在“三区三线”划定的背景下,邵阳市面临发展空间紧约束、承接产业转移等多重压力,急需全面持续推动土地资源节约集约利用。通过对工业园区及市场主体进行实地调研,分析邵阳市的土地利用现状和存量土地问题成因,并提出邵阳市土地控增盘存的节约集约利用路径。

Against the backdrop of the“three zones and three lines”policy,Shaoyang City is facing multiple pressures such as tight development space constraints and the need to undertake industrial transfer.It urgently needs to comprehensively and continuously promote the efficient and intensive use of land resources.By conducting on-site research on industrial parks and market entities,this study analyzes the current status of land use and the causes of existing land problems in Shaoyang City,and proposes an economical and intensive utilization path for controlling and increasing land inventory in Shaoyang City.
