污水处理厂能源回收工艺和优化策略分析

摘要 目前,污水处理厂常用的污泥能源回收技术主要有2种,即污泥热解产氢技术和污泥厌氧消化热电联产技术。随着科学技术的发展,污水处理厂能源回收新工艺应运而生,主要有厌氧消化耦合微生物电解池产甲烷工艺和厌氧消化耦合微生物燃料电池产电工艺。为了增强能源回收效果,有必要分析污水处理厂能源回收技术,综述污水处理厂能源回收新工艺,提出我国污水处理厂能源回收优化策略。我国污水处理厂能源回收可以采用3种优化策略,一是多目标需求导向的能源回收策略,二是工艺改造结合前沿技术的能源回收策略,三是多目标功能导向的能源回收策略。随着优化策略的落实,污水处理厂可以更好地实现能源自给,减少能耗,提高资源化利用水平。 At present,there are two commonly used sludge energy recovery technologies in sewage treatment plants,namely sludge pyrolysis hydrogen production technology and sludge anaerobic digestion cogeneration technology.With the development of science and technology,new energy recovery processes for sewage treatment plants have emerged,mainly including anaerobic digestion coupled microbial electrolysis tank methane production process and anaerobic digestion coupled microbial fuel cell electricity production process.In order to enhance the efficiency of energy recovery,it is necessary to analyze the energy recovery technology of sewage treatment plants,summarize the new energy recovery processes of sewage treatment plants,and propose optimization strategies for energy recovery in sewage treatment plants in China.There are three optimization strategies for energy recovery in sewage treatment plants in China,and the first is a multi-objective demand oriented energy recovery strategy,the second is an energy recovery strategy that combines process transformation with cutting-edge technology,and the third is a multi-objective function oriented energy recovery strategy.With the implementation of optimization strategies,sewage treatment plants can better achieve energy self-sufficiency,reduce energy consumption,and improve the level of resource utilization.
