摘要
某热电厂脱硫塔浆液槽结垢严重,分析和检测运行数据、脱硫浆液及结垢物发现,该脱硫塔的结垢物中F和P含量异常,为脱硫塔结垢的主要因素,通过控制浆液中的F和P含量,能够明显减少脱硫塔结垢。
The desulfurization tower slurry tank of a certain thermal power plant has serious scaling.Analysis and detection of operating data,desulfurization slurry and scaling materials found that the F and P content in the scaling materials in the desulfurization tower is abnormal,which is the main factor of scaling in the desulfurization tower.By controlling the F and P content in the slurry,the scaling problem in the desulfurization tower can be significantly improved.
