废旧锂离子电池关键组件回收技术研究进展

摘要 我国锂离子电池废弃量巨大,如不能对其进行妥善处理,会造成严重的环境污染和资源浪费。本文从分析废旧锂离子电池的结构入手,综述了其关键组件回收技术的研究进展,分析了各回收方法的优势和不足,重点讨论了正极材料、负极材料和电解液的回收方法。最后,展望了未来废旧锂离子电池回收行业的发展方向,并针对回收技术的大规模市场应用提出了建议。 In China,the amount of spent lithium-ion batteries is huge,which may lead to severe environmental pollution and resource wastage without sufficient disposal.In this paper,the structure of spent lithium-ion batteries was first analyzed.Then,the research progress on recycling technology of key components was reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were evaluated.The recycling technology for positive electrode materials,negative electrode materials,and electrolytes was mainly discussed.Finally,a prospective outlook on future industry development of spent lithium-ion batteries was provided,and suggestions for large-scale market applications of the recycling technology were offered.
