基于ArcGIS与Google Earth的1∶10000比例尺地形图制作方法

Making Method of the 1∶10 000 Scale Topographic Map Based on ArcGIS and Google Earth

针对1∶10 000比例尺地形图成图效率低的问题,提出利用Google Earth与ArcGIS相结合的方法制作1∶10 000比例尺地形图。研究了Google Earth与ArcGIS制作地形图的流程及方法,并分析了存在的误差以及测图精度。以宿州学院为例进行了1∶10 000比例尺地形图的制作。研究表明,使用Google Earth获取免费高精度的卫星影像,并通过ArcGIS配准、矢量化、生成等高线等步骤制作1∶10 000比例尺地形图的方法,完全可以达到精度要求,与传统的大比例尺测图方法相比降低了生产成本,同时大幅度提高了制图效率。地形图的矢量化要按照点到线到面的层次从整体到局部、从粗到细操作。不同图层用不同颜色并在图上标注。研究结果为1∶10 000比例尺地形图的制作提供了一种更为高效的方法。

Aiming at the low efficiency of 1∶10 000 Scale topographic maps,this paper proposes the method of combining Google Earth and ArcGIS to make 1∶10 000 Scale topographic maps.Studies the process and method of Google Earth and ArcGIS to make Scale topographic maps,and analyzes the existing errors and mapping accuracy.Suzhou institute,for example the 1∶10 000 Scale of topographic map production,research shows that free use Google Earth to obtain high precision satellite images,by ArcGIS registration,vector quantization and generating contours steps make a 1∶10 000 Scale topographic map can completely meet the accuracy requirements,and than the traditional large scale mapping method reduces the production cost,at the same time greatly improve the efficiency of drawing.The vectorization of topographic map should be operated from whole to part and from thick to fine according to the level from point to line to plane.Color different layers and label them on the image.The results provide a more efficient method for 1∶10 000 Scale topographic maps.
