依赖实景三维数据的国土空间全域土地综合整治研究

摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展,国土资源的开发力度也越来越大,合理、有序地进行国土空间开发利用极为重要。传统的全域土地综合整治往往采用“文本、图纸、表格”的形式进行成果展示,受限于底图数据的获取频次与方式,很难及时有效地掌握整治工程质量、进度与效果。针对这些不足与需求,尝试引入实景三维数据,开展国土空间全域土地综合整治研究,旨在推动全域土地综合整治向智慧化转型,提升整治的效率。研究结果表明:依托空间信息数据,可以有效整合整治工程业务流数据;革新传统的二维成果展示方式,利用统一标识码,实现二三维一体化可查可看效果且类型丰富;根据实际需求,及时搜集遥感影像或采集实景三维数据,有效掌握整治工程实施进展。 With the continuous development of the social economy,the development of land resources is also increasing.Reasonable and orderly development and utilization of land space is extremely important.The traditional comprehensive land remediation often uses the form of “text,drawings,and tables” to display the results,which is limited by the frequency and method of obtaining base map data,making it difficult to timely and effectively grasp the quality,progress,and effectiveness of remediation projects.In response to these shortcomings and needs,this article attempts to introduce real-life 3D data and conduct research on comprehensive land consolidation in the national land space,aiming to promote the transformation of comprehensive land consolidation to intelligence and improve the efficiency of consolidation.The research results indicate that:firstly,relying on spatial information data can effectively integrate the business flow data of remediation projects.Then,innovate the traditional two-dimensional display method,use a unified identification code to achieve two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration,with visible effects and a variety of types.Thirdly,according to actual needs,timely collect remote sensing images or real-life 3D data to effectively grasp the progress of the rectification project implementation.
