党的二十大精神引领下创业榜样对大学生创业的倾向研究

A Study on the Tendency of Entrepreneurship Models Towards College Students Under the Guidance of the Guiding Principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

随着高校的扩招、应届毕业生数量的增加、社会经济发展水平的趋于平稳,大学生就业竞争越来越激烈,党的二十大报告着重指出,要以青年创新创业之力,继续在现代化新进程中砥砺奋进。为了降低大学生的就业压力和改善就业环境,创业是解决该问题的重要方式,并且对发展经济具有推动作用。创业榜样是影响创业决策的一个非常重要的因素,对激发大学生的创业热情,促进大学生创业的改革和发展有重要意义,要更加重视在创业活动中创业榜样的作用,从而对大学生的创业进行指导。通过问卷调查获取数据,提出研究假设,探究榜样教育视角下创业模范与大学生创业意向之间的内在关系,从而能更准确地了解大学生的创业意向,根据其创业意向制订相应的就业方案,解决就业难和结构性失业等问题。

With the expansion of colleges and universities,the increase in the number of fresh graduates,and the level of socio-economic development stabilizing,the competition for employment among college students is becoming more and more intense,and the report to the twentieth CPC National Congress highlights the need to continue to build on the new process of modernization with the power of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people.In order to reduce the employment pressure on college students and improve the employment environment,entrepreneurship is an important way to solve this problem and has a driving effect on economic development.Entrepreneurial models are a very important factor affecting entrepreneurial decision-making,which is of great significance in stimulating the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students and promoting the reform and development of college student entrepreneurship.We should pay more attention to the role of entrepreneurial models in entrepreneurial activities,in order to guide college students in their entrepreneurship.By obtaining data through questionnaire surveys,proposing research hypotheses,and exploring the inherent relationship between entrepreneurial models and college students'entrepreneurial intentions from the perspective of model education,we can more accurately understand the entrepreneurial intentions of college students,formulate corresponding employment plans based on their entrepreneurial intentions,and solve problems such as job difficulties and structural unemployment.
