摘要
在全球范围内,土地资源的有限性与工业化需求的不断增长,导致其矛盾日益尖锐,节能型工业建筑设计开始体现自身的价值优势。针对此,为确保在有限的土地上高效布局工业建筑,对工业建筑节地的设计原则和策略进行系统探究,包括立体化利用空间、智能化布局规划与综合体开发模式等,旨在为工业建筑的可持续发展提供理论依据与设计技术。
On a global scope,the limited land resources and the increasing demand for industrialization have led to increasingly acute contradictions,and energy-efficient industrial building design has begun to reflect its own value advantages.In response to this,in order to ensure efficient layout of industrial buildings on limited land,this article will systematically explore the design principles and strategies of industrial building land conservation,including three-dimensional utilization of space,intelligent layout planning,and complex development models,aiming to provide theoretical basis and design technology for the sustainable development of industrial buildings.
