以问题为导向的食品专业毕业实习课程教学设计与实践

Teaching Design and Practice of Graduate Practice Course for Students in Food Science and Engineering Major Based on Problem Orientation

摘要 毕业实习课程在培养食品科学与工程专业学生的实践能力方面起着至关重要的作用。为适应多样化的学生需求,提升教学的个性化程度,提高毕业实习课程的教学效果,以问题为导向,设计毕业实习课程新教学模式,针对性地优化教学设计、教学方法及考核方式。基于前期学生的真实反馈透析问题,综合考虑教学环节次序和内容逻辑性,使教学安排合理化,创新性融合案例教学、虚拟仿真学习等多种教学方法,并建立能力考核与知识考核并重的评价体系,切实培养和提高食品科学与工程专业本科生学生独立自主思考能力、交叉创新思维及工程实践能力。 The Graduation Practice course plays a vital role in cultivating the practical abilities of students majoring in Food Science and Engineering.In order to meet the diverse needs of students,enhance the personalized teaching approach,and improve the teaching effectiveness of the Graduation Practice course,a new teaching model guided by problem-oriented principles was designed.It systematically optimized the teaching design,methods and assessment criteria tailored to students'needs.Based on authentic feedback from students,the teaching arrangement was rationalized by comprehensively considering both the sequence of teaching activities and the logical flow of content,innovatively integrating multiple teaching methods such as case studies and virtual simulation learning.Furthermore,an evaluation system was established emphasizing both competency and knowledge assessment,effectively fostering and enhancing the independent thinking,interdisciplinary mindset,and engineering practical skills of undergraduate students majoring in Food Science and Engineering.
