基于SWOT-AHP模型的平安区富硒食品产业发展研究

Development Strategy Analysis of Ping'an Selenium Rich Industry Based on SWOT-AHP Model

摘要 基于青海省海东市平安区富硒食品产业发展现状,运用SWOT-AHP模型对平安区富硒食品产业的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行分析,通过定性和定量相结合的方式提出合理的建议和策略。结果表明,平安区富硒食品产业发展战略的总优势强度S=0.183 0,总劣势强度W=0.043 5,总机遇强度O=0.115 1,总挑战强度T=0.045 0,战略四边形重心,战略强度系数ρ=0.913 4,平安区富硒食品产业发展应采取积极型增长发展战略,从而推动平安区富硒食品产业的持续稳定发展,为打造平安富硒产品、创立富硒品牌保驾护航。 Investigate the current state of the selenium-rich industry in Ping'an District and employ the SWOT-AHP model to conduct a comprehensive analysis encompassing strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.Through a blend of qualitative and quantitative methodologies,the research formulates reason suggestions and strategies.Findings reveal a total advantage intensity(S)of 0.1830,total disadvantage intensity(W)of 0.0435,total opportunity intensity(O)of 0.1151,and total challenge intensity(T)of 0.0450,regarding the development strategy of the selenium-rich industry in Ping'an District.The strategic quadrilateral center of gravity and strategic intensity coefficient(p=0.9134)underscore the necessity for an active growth development strategy to foster sustained and stable advancement within the selenium-rich industry.This approach bolsters the creation of selenium-rich products and the establishment of selenium-rich brands,thereby facilitating the continued prosperity of the industry in Ping'an District.
