Food Analysis"is a core curriculum for food majors,which is widely used in scientific research and production.This paper discusses the practical strategies of curriculum ideological and political construction of"Food Analysis"from"suspension"to"landing"through the curriculum ideological and political design and integration point analysis,assessment methods and teaching evaluation.Through integrating ideological and political elements with theory and practice organically,it is aimed at improving the comprehensive ability and quality of food professionals.
