“一体两翼”模式下蛋糕裱花技术课程体系的重构与实践

摘要 为切实提高职业院校高素质应用型实践人才的培养质量,以中西面点工艺专业为切入点,以漯河职业技术学院为例,以蛋糕裱花技术专业核心课程为载体,在“一体双翼”实践育人培养模式下研究课程体系的重构与实践,为课程的推广和优化提供思路。 In order to effectively improve the training quality of high-quality applied practical talents in vocational colleges,this paper takes the Chinese and Western pastry technology specialty as the starting point,takes Luohe Vocational Technology College as an example,takes the core curriculum of cake decoration technology specialty as the carrier,and studies the reconstruction and practice of the curriculum system under the'one body and two wings'practical education training mode,so as to provide ideas for the promotion and optimization of the curriculum.
