摘要
随着信息化智能化技术飞速发展和普及,在线开放课程已成为继电化教学之后又一次教学方法和手段的革命,是实现信息化教学的必要手段,也是转变教育观念,推动教师、教材、教法改革、共享优质教育资源的主要途径。为充分发挥在线开放课程优势,创新专业人才培养,推动“食品微生物技术”在线开放课程再上一新台阶,更好服务教学,从校企双师型团队建设、“四新”资源建设、课程模块化建设、课程分层教学实施、课程思政建设及课程教学匹配教材建设等方面进行探索与实践,归纳总结在线开放课程的建设经验和做法,建成跨终端、跨区域、跨时空的职业教育在线精品课程,为职业院校专业课程的在线开放课程建设提供借鉴和参考。
With the rapid development and widespread adoption of information and intelligent technology,online open courses have emerged as a revolutionary teaching method following audio-visual instruction.They serve as an essential tool for implementing information-based education,transforming educational concepts,facilitating teacher reform,updating teaching materials and methods,and sharing high-quality educational resources.In order to fully leverage the advantages of open online courses,enhance professional talent training in the"Food Microbial Technology"course,elevate its quality to new heights,better support teaching endeavors,and explore and implement various strategies including the establishment of university-enterprise dual professional teams,creation of"four new"resources,development of modular courses,implementation of differentiated instructional approaches based on student levels or needs(stratified course teaching),integration of ideological and political education within the curriculum framework(ideological construction),as well as production of complementary textbooks tailored specifically for this course.Summarize experiences and practices in constructing open online courses with hopes that they can provide valuable insights for vocational colleges embarking on similar initiatives.
