摘要
培养学生对案例收集、整理、分析和解读造成食品安全的原因并给出解决方案的能力是“食品加工与安全”领域专业硕士的核心培养目标之一,以“满堂灌”为代表的传统教学模式已无法满足“生物与医药类别硕士专业学位”领域全日制专业学位硕士培养需要,极大限制学生对相关知识的掌握与灵活运用。尝试引入案例教学法,引导学生独立分析和解决食品安全的实际问题,案例教学法涉及食品安全事件案例编写与教学实践,总结案例教学法在“食品毒理学研究进展及应用”课程中教学中的优势。案例教学切实提升“食品毒理学研究进展及应用”教学效果。
Cultivating students'ability to collect,sort out,analyze and interpret the causes of food safety events and to give solutions is one of the core training objectives of the professional master's degree in the field of"Food Processing and Safety",and the traditional teaching mode can not longer meet the real needs of the industry,which greatly restricts the mastery of students'related knowledge and its flexible application.Introduce the case teaching method to guide students to independently analyze and solve the practical problems of food safety.The case teaching method involves the preparation of cases of food safety incidents and teaching practice,and summarizes the advantages of the case teaching method in the teaching of the course of"Advances in Food Toxicology Research and Application".Case teaching effectively improves the teaching effect of"Advances in Food Toxicology Research and Application".
