数字乡村发展背景下人才内生培育发展探析——以贵州省为例

Exploring the Development of Internally Cultivated Talents under the Background of Digital Rural Development--A Case Study in Guizhou Province

数字乡村建设是推进乡村振兴的重要内容,要更好发挥数据与技术在数字乡村建设中的效用,充分实现乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴和组织振兴,关键是建立高质量的人才储备和运行机制。高等院校的重要定位是服务地方建设,所以应当成为引领实现乡村人才振兴的主体,发挥“输入+培育”乡村人才功能,激发乡村发展内生动力,形成良性循环,促进乡村振兴的可持续发展。

The construction of digital countryside is an important part of promoting rural revitalization.In order to better play the role of data and technology in the construction of digital countryside,and fully realize the revitalization of rural industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization,the key is to establish high-quality talent reserve and operation mechanism.The important positioning of institutions of higher learning is to serve local construction,so they should become the main body leading to realize the revitalization of rural talents,give full play to the function of“Input+Cultivation”of rural talents of institutions of higher learning,stimulate the endogenous driving force of rural development,form a virtuous cycle,and promote the sustainable development of rural revitalization.
