当前百年未有之大变局下,世界进入新的动荡变革期。中美战略博弈加剧,美国挑起阵营对抗,搞“微边”“小多边”同盟以及“小院高墙”“脱钩断链”,损害中国和周边国家的整体和长远利益。在此背景下,2023年,中日两国纪念《中日和平友好条约》缔结45周年;2024年,正逢甲午战争爆发130周年。经过50余年发展,中日两国已形成互惠关系格局,利益高度融合。2023年,中国国家主席习近平与日本首相岸田文雄美国旧金山会晤,重新确认全面推进战略互惠关系的定位,为两国关系改善和发展提供了关键政治引领。研究百年变局纵深演进下的日本与中日关系,促进中日关系健康稳定发展,对于形成正向有利的安全和发展环境具有重要现实意义。中国的日本问题研究要增强问题意识,坚持正确导向,加强系统思维,提升解决问题的能力,构建中国的日本研究自主知识体系,拓展全球视野。

The world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century Under the influence of the U.S.’s advocacy of the“micro edge”and“small multilateral”alliance,Japan further presents a self-importance and joint US-led China situation,and its extroversion and aggressiveness in the field of defense are rising.Against the backdrop of intensifying geostrategic competition,the situation of China-Japan relations is sensitive and complex,with new and old issues becoming increasingly intertwined.In 2023,President Xi Jinping and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida met in San Francisco,U.S.,reconfirming the direction of advancing the strategic partnership based on mutual benefits,which provides key political leadership for the improvement and development of China-Japan relations.It is of great practical significance to study Japan and China-Japan relations under the background of great changes of the time,and to promote the healthy and stable development of China-Japan relations,in order to form a positive and favorable security and development environment.The Japanese studies in China should enhance the awareness of problems,adhere to the correct orientation,strengthen systematic thinking,improve the ability to solve problems,build an independent knowledge system and expand the global vision.
