导乐陪伴在护理领域的研究进展

Research progress on doula care in the field of nursing

导乐陪伴引入我国已有30余年,目前主要涉及分娩领域。然而,国外在临终期、手术室及ICU等领域也纷纷开展了导乐陪伴。文章对导乐陪伴的概念和起源、国内外导乐陪伴在护理领域应用的形式和发展现状进行综述,并针对导乐陪伴的不足,提出针对我国今后导乐陪伴发展的建议。

Doula care has been introduced to China for over thirty years,and currently mainly involves the field of childbirth.However,foreign countries have also carried out doula care in the field of end-of-life care,operating room and ICU.This article reviews the concept and origin of doula care,the current status and forms of doula care in various nursing fields at home and abroad,and puts forward suggestions for the future doula care development of our country in view of the shortcomings of doula care.
