电力工程施工中的信息化管理现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Information Management in Electric Power Engineering Construction

随着信息技术的快速发展,信息化管理逐渐成为企业提高工作效率,保障施工质量安全的重要手段。文中以电力工程施工为研究对象,对当前电力工程施工信息化管理的现状进行了深入分析。首先,从信息化管理的角度梳理了电力工程施工的特点,并指出了信息化管理在电力工程施工中的重要性。通过大量的实际调研可以发现,信息化管理在电力工程施工中存在的主要问题包括信息化建设的投入不足,信息化人才的缺乏,以及信息化管理系统的不完善等。为此,文中提出了针对上述问题的解决对策,如增加信息化建设的投入,加强信息化人才的培养,完善信息化管理系统,以及推进电力工程施工信息化标准化等,并进一步讨论了这些对策的可行性和实施要素。通过此研究,可以为电力工程施工行业的信息化发展提供一些有价值的参考意见。

With the rapid development of information technology,information management has gradually become an important means for enterprises to improve work efficiency and ensure construction quality and safety.Taking power engineering construction as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the current status of power engineering construction information management.Firstly,the characteristics of power engineering construction are sorted out from the Angle of information management,and the importance of information management in power engineering construction is pointed out.Then,through a large number of actual research,it is found that the main problems of information management in the construction of power engineering include insufficient investment in information construction,lack of information talents,and imperfect information management system.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the above problems,such as increasing the investment in information construction,strengthening the training of information talents,improving the information management system,and promoting the standardization of information construction of power engineering,and further discusses the feasibility and implementation factors of these countermeasures.Through this research,it can provide some valuable reference for the information development of power engineering construction industry.
