基于智能制造的高校信息化人才培养研究

摘要 推动智能制造产业发展是促进我国制造业由大变强的重要途径,也是我国制造业转型升级的关键措施。智能制造产业的迅猛发展,带来了巨大的信息化人才缺口,这已成为制约智能制造发展的重要瓶颈。文中就智能制造背景下高校信息化人才培养进行了剖析,分析了当前人才培养面临的挑战,并从课程体系、培养方式以及校企合作等方面提出了相应的建议和策略。 Promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing industry is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of China̓s manufacturing industry,and also a key measure.The rapid development of the intelligent manufacturing industry has brought about a huge shortage of information technology talents,which has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of intelligent manufacturing.This paper analyzes the cultivation of information technology talents in universities under the background of intelligent manufacturing,analyzes the challenges faced by current talent cultivation,and proposes corresponding suggestions and strategies from the aspects of curriculum system,training methods,and school enterprise cooperation.
