生成式人工智能(AIGC)是基于现有数据生成新颖内容的人工智能,是人工智能由1.0时代进入2.0时代的重要标志,已成为全球最为热门的人工智能科技领域之一,越来越多的企业和机构开始投入资金、人力和资源,积极研究和应用人工智能技术。生成式人工智能的快速发展,大幅提升了搜索、查询的效率和准确率,在此基础上逐渐催生了众多应用,使应用进入语义计算时代。急救热线存在语义快速计算的痛点,文中结合急救领域与AIGC技术,解决了急救领域的一些关键问题,如突发事件以后急救资源严重不足(受理能力不足)、咨询热占比线过高、急救问诊问题等,为院前急救提供一种可行的解决方案。

Generative Artificial Intelligence(AIGC)is an artificial intelligence that generates novel content based on existing data.It is an important symbol of the transition of artificial intelligence from the 1.0 era to the 2.0 era and has become one of the most popular fields of artificial intelligence technology worldwide.More and more enterprises and institutions are investing funds,manpower,and resources to accelerate research and application of AI technology.Currently,AIGC has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of traditional searches and queries,giving rise to numerous applications and ushering it into the era of semantic computing.In this context,there are pain points in semantic fast computation in emergency hotlines.This system,combined with AIGC technology,can solve some key problems in the field of emergency,such as severe shortage of emergency resources(insufficient acceptance capacity),high proportion of consultation heat,and emergency consultation problems.It provides a feasible solution for pre hospital emergency treatment.
