提高高校毕业生的就业率和就业质量是当前教育界关注的热点问题。文中提出了一种基于人工智能技术的毕业生就业推荐系统,为高校毕业生提供个性化的就业推荐和指导。首先,分析了高校毕业生的就业问题,通过收集与整合大量的数据,揭示了高校毕业生就业面临的困难和挑战。其次,基于人工智能技术提出了一种高校毕业生就业推荐系统,利用数据挖掘和机器学习算法来全面分析和评估高校毕业生的个人信息、就业需求、职业技能等,并根据个人情况和就业市场为学生提供个性化的就业推荐和指导。最后,通过案例分析验证了该系统的有效性和实用性。结果表明,该系统在就业推荐的准确性和个性化层面表现出色,能为高校毕业生提供更加精准和实用的就业指导,揭示了其在实际应用中的优势和潜力。

Improving the employment rate and employment quality of college graduates is a hot issue in the current education circle.This paper proposes a graduate employment recommender system based on artificial intelligence technology to provide personalized employment recommendation and guidance for college graduates.First,the employment problem of college graduates is deeply investigated and analyzed,and the difficulties and challenges faced by college graduates̓employment are revealed by collecting and integrating a large amount of data.Secondly,a college graduate employment recommender system based on artificial intelligence technology is proposed,which uses data mining and machine learning algorithms to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the personal information,employment needs,class skills,etc.of college graduates,and provides personalized employment recommendation and guidance for students according to personal circumstances and job market.Finally,the effectiveness and practicality of the system are verified by case analysis.The results show that the system performs well in the accuracy and personalization of employment recommendations,and can provide more accurate and practical employment guidance for college graduates,revealing its advantages and potential in practical applications.
