水利水电工程中超深塑性混凝土防渗墙施工技术研究

摘要 为解决当前水利水电工程中防渗墙施工技术性能不稳定、防渗效果不佳的问题,引入超深塑性混凝土,提出了一种全新的防渗墙施工技术研究。首先,计算超深塑性混凝土配制强度,设计配合比。其次,划分单元槽段,将土体切成槽孔,确定防渗墙造孔位置,进行钻孔。根据水利水电工程防渗墙设计图纸,进行接头管位置的测量放样,下设接头管。最后计算混凝土浇筑的初浇量,采用分层浇筑的方法,浇筑混凝土,形成防渗墙。在此基础上,对水利水电工程中的防渗墙质量进行检查,完成施工。应用分析结果表明,该项施工技术应用后,防渗墙显示出良好的防渗效果,且抗压强度随着龄期的增加而逐渐提高,能够更好地承受各种压力,从而保证工程的稳定性和耐久性。 In order to solve the problems of unstable performance and poor anti-seepage effect of cupola wall construction technology in current water conservancy and hydropower projects,a new cupola wall construction technology research was put forward by introducing ultra-deep plastic concrete.Firstly,the strength of super deep plastic concrete is calculated and the mix ratio is designed.Secondly,the unit groove section is divided,the soil mass is cut into slots,the hole location of the cutoff wall is determined,and the drilling is carried out.According to the anti-seepage wall design drawing of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,the joint pipe position is measured and lofted.Finally,the initial pouring amount of concrete is calculated,and the method of layered pouring is adopted to pour concrete to form a cutoff wall.On this basis,the quality of cutoff wall in water conservancy and hydropower project is checked and the construction is completed.The application analysis results show that after the application of the construction technology,the anti-seepage wall shows a good anti-seepage effect,and the compressive strength increases gradually with the increase of age,and can better withstand various pressures,so as to ensure the stability and durability of the project.
