绿色建筑目标下的全过程造价影响因素分析

ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCING FACTORS OF THE WHOLE PROCESS COST UNDER THE GOAL OF GREEN BUILDING

为实现绿色建筑项目全过程造价管控,通过文献调研结合某TOD项目案例,选取绿色建筑项目造价管控的影响因素,并采用熵权法确定出各影响因素的权重,对全过程各影响因素进行分析,对绿色建筑目标下全过程造价管控进行总结。结果表明:熵权法能够较好地反映出各影响因素的权重结果;设计阶段、决策阶段和施工阶段对绿色建筑造价管控的影响较大;建筑材料、项目定位、建筑节能分析是影响绿色建筑造价管控的关键因素。在绿色建筑项目造价管控中,应重点对这3个影响因素进行分析。

In order to realize the whole process cost control of green building projects,through literature research and combining with a TOD project case,the influencing factors of green building project cost control are selected,and the weight of each influencing factor is determined by entropy weight method.The influencing factors of the whole process are analyzed,and the whole process cost control under the green building target is summarized.The results show that:the entropy weight method can reflect the weight results of each influencing factor well;design stage,decision-making stage and construction stage have a greater impact on green building cost control;building materials,project positioning and building energy efficiency analysis are the key factors affecting the cost control of green buildings.In the cost control of green building projects,the analysis of these three influencing factors should be focused on.
