摘要
以练江水闸重建工程为案例,评估了高支模技术在水闸重建中的应用效果与经济性。该工程采用租赁扣件式钢管架搭设满堂红支撑搭设,检修桥采用现浇,满堂红支撑。通过对材料质量进行全面检查,包括钢管、扣件、顶托、方木、工字钢、脚手板和胶合板等,保障了工程的施工质量与安全。评估结果显示,高支模技术在水闸重建工程中具有良好的应用效果和经济性,为类似工程提供了有益的借鉴与经验。
This study takes Lianjiang sluice reconstruction project as an example to evaluate the application effect and economy of high support mold technology in sluice reconstruction.The project adopts the rental fastener type steel pipe frame to set up the full support,and the maintenance bridge uses cast-in-place,full support.Through the comprehensive inspection of the quality of materials,including steel pipe,fastener,top bracket,wood square,I-beam,handboard and plywood,the construction quality and safety of the project are guaranteed.The evaluation results show that the high support mold technology has good application effect and economy in the sluice reconstruction project,and provides useful reference and experience for similar projects.
