摘要
在桥梁工程的现浇箱梁施工过程中,支架支撑体系的稳定关系到整个工程安全与施工质量。本文结合河南省某段枢纽F匝道号桥工程为背景,该工程使用现浇箱梁施工技术与组合支架体系的结合的方式对其进行施工,简述了现浇箱梁组合支架综合施工技术的施工技术要点,与从支架搭设到支架拆除的全过程。同时通过利用MIDAS有限元软件对支架分析,结合盘扣支架的相关施工规范,证明了其技术方案的可行性,且满足施工要求,能够保证施工过程的安全与质量。
In the construction process of cast-in-place box girders in bridge engineering,the stability of the support system is related to the safety and construction quality of the entire project.This article takes the F Ramp No.Bridge project of a certain hub in Henan Province as the background,which uses the combination of castin-place box girder construction technology and composite support system to construct it.It briefly describes the construction technical points of the comprehensive construction technology of cast-in-place box girder composite support,and the entire process from support installation to support removal.At the same time,by using Midas finite element software to analyze the bracket,combined with the relevant construction specifications of the buckle bracket,the feasibility of its technical scheme has been proven,and it meets the construction requirements,which can ensure the safety and quality of the construction process.
