多线盾构机穿越既有建筑的变形控制技术

摘要 依托某多线盾构背景,模拟无加固工况下隧道穿越既有建筑物过程。提出两种加固方案,通过数值手段对比不同加固措施下既有建筑物的变形。研究表明,未加固工况下科教楼和综合楼最大不均匀沉降均超过规范限制,必须采取加固措施。该工程采取线性注浆加固措施有利于周边土层的整体性和力学强度,对整体地层稳定性的提升效果更加显著。 Based on the background of a multi line shield tunneling,this article simulates the process of a tunnel passing through existing buildings under the condition of no reinforcement.Two reinforcement schemes were proposed,and the deformation of existing buildings under different reinforcement measures was compared through numerical methods.Research has shown that under unreinforced conditions,the maximum uneven settlement of science and education buildings and comprehensive buildings exceeds the regulatory limit,and reinforcement measures must be taken.The adoption of linear grouting reinforcement measures in this project is beneficial for the overall integrity and mechanical strength of the surrounding soil layers,and has a more significant effect on improving the overall stability of the strata.
